Global Digital Media Manager
The role is expected to work with countries to support them in building digital advertising and media management capability, develop and drive digital media effectiveness and facilitate search and reapply learnings. At the same time, drive and facilitate the integrated communication channel planning, digital media buying and management of agency and vendor.
Wat we vragen
Minimally a Bachelor degree with at least 8 years of experience in a combination of brand marketing, brand communication and digital marketing for FMCG industry.
Solid understanding of brand communication/effective advertising
Understanding of key digital media planning, buying, optimization, reporting and analytic tools
Understanding of media/comms effectiveness research methodologies and marketing communication processes
Strong appreciation of latest media developments specifically online
Experience working with international stakeholders of different cultures and markets of various levels of sophistication in planning and buying

Drive ROI improvement across all paid digital media channels in close cooperation with the Digital media lead and the integrated media managers
Support/execute digital media planning and buying
Drive digital media learnings and digital advertising effectiveness program plus gather and share effectiveness insights (media and creative) in close cooperation with the Digital media lead and the integrated media managers.
Help to qualify benchmarking KPI’s & methods with focus on creative performance
Driving digital media transparency and efficiency across CD
Harmonized digital media reporting method and central reporting including creative performance
Support training and development in local markets on digital media and advertising effectiveness
For each market
Support implementing digital media and advertising management best practices and processes
Help determine digital advertising effectiveness learning priorities and manage experiments, research and analysis to deliver effectiveness insights and key beliefs
Expert resource to local marketing organization
Support integrated media manager in developing the most effective contact strategy (annual)
Support integrated media manager with planning via key beliefs and process management/ compliance monitoring: Coordinate and lead annual effectiveness reviews in each market
Drive local digital media buying efficiency and optimization through leading/coordinating media buying strategy and creative reviews and monitoring optimization efforts with the local markets and agencies
Oversee benchmarking of media performance and financial media auditing (incl. digital)
Support agency management and evaluation
