  • University or college degree (fresh graduates are also welcome) in a relevant field or relevant experience
  • Excellent proficiency in English

  • Strong customer service skills

Advantages:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement or Business Administration 
  • Professional experience at a multinational company or shared service center experience 
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes
  • óExperience with process optimization

Vacaturetekst

  • Sourcing of purchase requisitions based on Procurement policy and sourcing guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers 
  • Negotiation with suppliers on pricing and terms within defined framework agreements
  • Process purchasing requests in Purchase to Pay systems
  • Support the resolution of invoice mismatches on price
  • Change the Purchase Order if required
  • Acts as first line of support on questions related to Purchase to Pay systems (Smartbuy/Ariba/Coupa) via phone and e-mail
  • Make sure systems are kept clean and data is consistent
  • Administration of team-mailboxes and archival storage
  • Act as SPOC for stakeholders
  • Deliver end user trainings on systems and processes
  • Participate in/leads  process optimization projects 
  • Implement improvement initiatives
  • Participate in transition projects (system and scope), acting as key user or change
