What we ask
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field, MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years Business/Marketing/Brand communications experience
- Hands-on experience in Digital Media, Creative, and Analytics
- Solid understanding and track record in digital marketing strategy, channels ( Paid, owned, earned, social) and digital campaigns
- In depth and up-to-date knowledge digital landscape.
- Excellent Digital Marketing competencies: unquestionable functional professional, seen as expert in his field.
- Can work autonomously but also as part of cross-functional teams
- Open minded and ‘thinks creatively out of the box’, forward thinking.
- Eye for detail in execution
- Self motivated with ‘can do attitude’.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge, as well as for developing others.
- Excellent Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy and campaign to increase brand awareness and brand preference that align with Brand/ Category objective
- Manage execution of digital marketing activations ( Paid-Search, Display, Video-Owned, Social, Earned media), Programmatic/Automation-Performance marketing, Digital content and storytelling by working closely with agency partners.
- Development and tracking of Digital CRM and Digital & Media ROI.
- Monitor closely on media optimization by working with agency partner and ensure KPI achievement
- Test and learn: Establish and lead digital marketing test-prove-learn pilot projects
- Lead and collaborate with Brand team, Sale team, and Agencies to drive brand online strategy and execution
- Commercial Innovation: Suggest disruptive commercial models, think out of the box to catchup with the continuous evolving consumer needs in a digital world.
- Provide expertise on current digital marketing operation. Give advice to brand team and ensure the digital principle are effectively implemented.
- Lead Partnerships: Leading appointment and relationship management of digital media, digital productions agencies and digital solutions providers.
- Build Digital Capability: Build digital capabilities and skills to local marketing team
