Controller S&OP

What we ask
- A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to challenge cross-functional teams;
- Proven experience in business partnering roles or FP&A, ideally within the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 3-4 years;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, business or related field;
- Able to enable senior stakeholders to make informed, data driven decisions;
- Experience working within a matrix organization and thriving in multifunctional teams.

Accountabilities
- Provide robust financial analysis to support decision-making within the S&OP framework, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Develop end-to-end insights into decisions taken during the S&OP process, focusing on Go to Market profitability, capacity outcomes, and inventory management.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to market demand, supply volumes, and milk allocation to create insights
- Collaborate with commercial and factory controllers to supply essential financial data, fostering a unified approach to financial forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance S&OP and financial metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting and forecasting activities.

See all colleagues on LinkedInYou will join a focused team within the Global Plan & Deliver Finance department, consisting of 11 dedicated professionals, with direct collaboration from three key members in the S&OP Controlling team. Together, we aim to bridge the gap between financial planning and operational execution, ensuring a seamless flow of information and optimized financial outcomes.
You will interact regularly with a diverse group including S&OP teams, BG commercial controllers, manufacturing cluster controllers, as well as planning and logistics controllers, and inventory controllers.
