Customer & Channel Transformation Lead
Do you want to be part of a small and fast learning team, working on commercial sprints of 2-3 months in our Opcos around the world?
ACE (Agile Commercial Execution) is the Commercial Transformation program of Consumer Dairy (and Specialized Nutrition). The FUA (Fighting Unit Acceleration) Team, and in the larger markets with Consultancy (Bain) support, conducts extensive data driven analysis of a Fighting Unit’s performance across 12 pre-defined commercial performance levers.The team works closely with diverse internal & external stakeholders to collect the data required for the analysis, perform the analysis itself and to derive the insights and hypothesis for improvement in conjunction with the Opco’s Senior Management.
At the end of an ACE Deep-dive (after 2-3 months), the FUA team leaves the Opco with clear imperative charters for the prioritized improvement areas, including a detailed plan for execution.
What we ask
The ideal candidate should
have ~ 6-10 years experience in Sales (Customer & Channel Management and Shopper Marketing)
enjoy working together in sprints in a team setting with flat hierarchy
have good communication skills and enjoys to deploy them with stakeholders in the Opco and the BG
have high analytical skills and a good command of excel and power point; existing knowledge of Power BI or tableau is a plus
continuously be looking for new opportunities to make a difference and like to act as a change agent
works well under time pressure and deadlines
Be internationally mobile (stay away from home for ~4 weeks when travel resumes) so we can work on location together with our Opcos

You are assigning tasks, analyses and deliverables to the Analysts of the FUA team, but are also keen to take up part of the analyses yourself
You lead the crafting of the customer scaler storyline supported with data-driven insights on the most granular level
You support the FUA lead in developing a cohesive overall FUA Deep Dive storyline that will be presented to the Opco and BG leadership.
