Expansion of our solutions business is recognized as one of the levers to realize this ambition. A new Systems organization is formed to carry out this responsibility for launching, driving and supporting existing and new system solutions in the markets across the globe.
Our solutions consist out of an appliance, product and a lock-in technology and are designed to solve specific customer pains across various channels and use moments.
As Manager Partnerships and Operations you will play an important role in development, support and running of Systems operations.
Elvárásaink
- Proven relevant (10y+) experiences in external suppliers management, including contracting, partnerships, routines, on-going activities.
- Proven relevant (5y+) experiences in supply management within FMCG companies.
- Experience in industrialization of new solutions or systems in the segment of durables.
- Experience in new partnerships, OEMs and Quality Systems introductions; developing and engineering manufacturing lines.
- Knowledge of Procurement and Financial Management.
- Good knowledge of B2B equipment manufacturers within food industry.
- Relevant experiences in Service providers contracting is a pro.

You are end-responsible to provide reliable and fulfilling operation both to the external customers and internal functions. For appliances, processing unit, critical components and tooling you are the lead for the end-2-end customer supply chain. For the consumables you coordinate the end-2-end customer supply chain. Regarding contract management you are end responsible for delivering signed failure rate roadmaps and SLA fulfilment by the manufacturing partners. Last but not the least, you manage on-going business with critical manufacturing and service partners.
Other (content driven) main activities that are part of your role:
- Being first point of contact of OEMs, manufacturing partners or critical suppliers
- Be responsible for industrialization of new systems, appliances, sub-systems, new components, molds and tooling.
- Be end-responsible for establishing the Quality Management Systems at suppliers.
- Own cost base controlling
- Develop and maintain relationships with key and strategic suppliers to facilitate strategic partnerships leading to innovations, sustainability and increase value.
- Manage the exiting legal framework and agreements with partners
- Develop contingency plans and ensure these are in place in alignment with other disciplines
Next to the content of the position, you are also leading a team of direct and matrix reports. This means that your focus will balance between inspiring, leading and managing yours and cross-function, multi-disciplinary team members. As this is a newly set up organization, you are the co-owner of the transformation together with the rest of the leadership team. You are expected to act as the role-model of our growth mindset and open culture.
The Systems organization will be led by the Business Director Systems. This position is a part of the Leadership team, together with the following 5 positions: Business Development Manager, Manager Quality & Standards, Manager Development & Technology, Manager Installed Base & Services, and Manager Portfolio & Concept Marketing.

Your team will manage 3 disciplines within operations:
- Procurement: manage negotiations, and supply-related topics, set up all the relevant agreements with the suppliers (License, JDA, Supply, SLA,), including Service Providers.
- Operations: manage Supply Chain -related operations for internal and external supply, last mile distribution for spares, RTM for appliances, services and spares.
- Partnerships: daily management of operations-related topics.
Further on, you will participate in further build-up of the Systems Organization within RFC, be exposed to different cultures and contexts, and work in an open and collaborative team environment.
