Semi Industry Manager
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop, oversee and nurture relationships with industrial clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex accounts within the industrial sector.

1. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the main point of contact for industrial customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
o Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses, operational needs, and challenges.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively address their concerns or feedback.
2. Sales and Business Development:
o Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
o Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new customer acquisition.
o Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements.
3. Technical Solution Development:
o Collaborate with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions that address customers' operational challenges.
o Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and their application to industrial operations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
o Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
o Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts with account needs.
5. Market and Industry Insights:
o Stay updated on industrial market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
o Provide actionable insights to guide product and service innovation.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
o Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and create detailed reports for senior management.
o Use CRM systems to document interactions and maintain account information.
