Sales Manager Semi-Industry
We are looking for a Sales Manager Semi-Industry responsible for the sales in the semi-industry national accounts and for implementing the sales strategy within SI France.
Driving an entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement, a fact based (a.o. digital) way of working, proper relationship management.
Responsible for the engagement in the team.
Responsible for the agreed volumes
Contributing as member of the H&B France commercial team to the total performance of H&B France division
What we ask
Academic/Master (WO) level with more than 7 years experience
In-depth knowledge of Semi-Industry market;
In-depth knowledge of Sales
Good knowledge of food industry
Business Development knowledge
Knowledge of Financial
Knowledge of Human Resources and Management
Languages: fluent French & English

Sales strategy for own domain
Co-develop Market Segment strategy, develop and implement Sales strategy for semi-industry accounts
Build an optimal coverage in semi-industry to enhance our physical availability
Build an optimal portfolio architecture
Identify and capture market developments, opportunities and ways to innovate
Improve and embed the way of working around the commercial processes (forecasting, opportunity management, contracting, blue sheeting, value based selling)
Build a clear, strong and long term customer preference with our strategic customers (a.o. visits, questions, complaint handling, OTIF-deliveries)
Align with relevant stakeholders within broader FC-organization (other disciplines, adjacent sales teams)
Ensure contracting fulfils legal requirements
Steer on financial parameters (i.e. volume) and on leading KPIs
Manage the SG&A-budget
Drive implementation and improvement of digital tools to support commercial processes (Salesforce)
Recruit new people
Develop team members
Retain the right talent
Manage renewal of team
Belongs to the Sales Department
Reporting to: Sales Manager Distribution with 1 direct report
Internal relationships: Global Professional sales community, Supply Chain, Commercialization, Marketing, Development, Demand Planning, Pricing Management, QA, HR, Purchasing, ACE
External relationships: Purchase, R&D teams of semi-industry account
