Most important competences and knowledge:
- Enterprise Architecture knowledge (proficient in architectural pattern, EA framework such as TOGAF/Zachman, integration methods such as API, microservices & ESB technologies)
- Comprehensive understanding in Project Management framework such as PMBOK (PMI) or Scrum
- Familiarity and good knowledge in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and cyber security best practices.
- Ability to align IT strategy with business goals and to see the big picture in complex environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry will be highly advantage
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems, or related field
Certification (preferred, but not mandatory):
- Togaf 9
- Archimate
- Certified Solution Architect from specific platform such as AWS & Azure
- PMP
Working experience:
- Minimum 9 years of experiences in total, with min 3 years working in Enterprise Architecture and Project Manager role
- Experience in developing Enterprise Architecture (preferreably endtoend) with Archimate language
- Experience with implementation of system integration, including API-driven design, microservices, or ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technologies
- Experience in leading big projects that related to ERP implementation or EA development

Vacancy description
As Enterprise Architecture & PMO Manager, your main responsibilities are developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture blueprint that supports efficient and effective IT operations. You also will responsible for setting the Project Management standard and oversight IT projects.
Your task will be:
- Enterprise Architecture strategy development & Architecture review
- Project Management standard & Project Oversight
- Stakeholder communication for EA & IT Projects
- Risk assessment for architectural review & project implementation
- Vendor & Tools evaluation for specific EA and PMO tools
- Drive continuous improvement within IT department by keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in Enterprise Architecture and Project Management
You will report to the Head of IT Frisian Flag and you will collaborate with all functions in Frisian Flag Indonesia, start from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistic, etc. As an EA & PMO Manager, you need to connect with all business unit within FFI and understand their objectives so you can align with our IT strategy. You also will connect with Global Friesland Campina IT Team to get insight and collaborate in some projects.
