What we ask
- 0-2 years work experience in similar position
- Affinity with HR and Payroll
- Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration
- Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing as well
- Knowledge of administrative HR Payroll processes

Vacancy description
1. Answering reward questions and questions related to complex casework
- Handle and process complex casework around specific Payroll topics
- Uniformly adopt, understand, assess and process complex operational (2nd line) payroll questions and employment condition mutations
- Handle requests through ticketing system.
- Responsible for individual calculations.
2. Execute Payroll administrative processes
- Processing inputs from the various HR/Payroll systems
- Processing HR/payroll processes and terms of employment (mass mutation) via the HR/payroll system that deviate from the standard and where coordination with various parties may be desired
- Enrich, modify and generate data for correct compensation based on the available resources
- Processing data from external parties such as pension fund, UWV,leasing company and other external parties
- Responsible for proper compliance with HR policies, compensation policies and laws and regulations
3. Provision of reports
- Generate ad hoc statements/reports that differ from standard reports
4. Proposing improvement proposals in processes
- Keeping up to date with own processes and work instructions
- Formulating within own department standard solutions and/or procedures for common questions/work or problems
5. Projects
- Perform temporary activities regarding the support of internal HR and Payroll audits/projects
