  • Smoothly manage daily order process to support business delivery
  • Optimize order system to fulfill business needs

 

  1. Stock monitor

 

  • Monitor channel/distributor/SKU stock level and identify potential risk
  • Build up connection between daily order and stock level to ensure healthy status
  • Diagnose stock status to come out management process
  • Process allocation when needed

 

  1. Business report

 

  • Monthly business FCST by channel/account/SKU
  • Weekly delivery report by channel/account/SKU
  • Communication with sales to understand and verify business case
