Logistics Account Manager

  • Accountable for developing and implementing an overall logistics strategy which is aligned to company growth plans and optimizes service and cost while meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Working with 3PL/ forwarders to track the shipment from upstream factory
  • Working with 3PL to arrange/track the domestic shipment to customers, monitor all orders fulfillment on time, analyze issues and abnormal from massive orders and solve emergency cases or accidents in time.
  • supervise the 3PL warehousing Receiving and coordinate the shipment shortage and damage.
  • Responsible for orchestrating all activities related to ensuring the consistent flow of goods and information. This includes optimizing service through transportation management from origin to the distribution center, accurate and timely customs clearance, third-party distribution operations, outbound logistics, and returns processing.
  • City shortages, regulatory changes, and infrastructure, port, or carrier issues. Proactively develop plans to mitigate risk and ensure continuity of service.

What we ask

  • B.S degree, Supply Chain or related field will be preferred.
  • Min 5 years supply chain operations and distribution experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven ability to work and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP.
  • Proficient user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written/verbal communications in & Chinese andEnglish.
  •  Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Having B2C or EC Domestic logistics experience is preferred.
