Key Accounts Manager QSR
In this role you will be commercially responsible for multiple strategic accounts within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) EU team, eg. McDonald’s, Starbucks and Five Guys.
You will develop & own the account plan and buildup strong customer relationship in order to grow business in the strategic category of Ice & Shake. This includes building links to fellow suppliers and customer’s logistic service providers. The role involves a matrix responsibility for the key account’s cross-functional account team(s) (Marketing, QA, Customer Care, Logistics, Finance etc.) leading and motivating the team to build direct customer relationships themselves.

- Proven track record in commercial roles with at least 5 years commercial working experience
- Commercial experience in Foodservice or Quick Service Restaurant business is a pre
- Languages: full professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a pre (along with other languages)
- Job requires strong entrepreneurial & commercial skills, winning mentality and agility
- Job requires influencing skills in a multi-cultural, multi-country, multi-disciplinary environment
- Job requires substantial travelling (approx. 1-2 days/wk)

- Salary between €5,000 and €6,800 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 4% year-end bonus, 12,5% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;

- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

Key responsibility areas:
- Customer preference; end to end customer experience facilitating multi-disciplinary collaboration and relationship building between wide QSR FCPT team and our customer(s)
- Business; annual volume and profitability delivery
- Strategic Planning; Analysis of customer and channel trends and development of account plan
- Nego; negotiate recurring tenders acting as a thought leader on new/alternative setups, tools and pricing protocols
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); lead and own forecast, factory utilization and overall S&OP process supported by Customer Supply Chain
