For Internal Requirement 

  • Current position minimum at Hay 15
  • Your performance result in the last 2 years (minimum meet expectation) or Good
  • Inform and ask approval from direct manager before apply
  • Experience 2 years as Regional Account Supervisor and handling Modern Trade or relevant Modern Trade position in Head Office

Vacancy description

Strategic / Planning - Annually
• Designing Trading Terms and Customer Business Plan guidelines relating to investment support, program
plans, and building blocks for customers according to the sub-channels they handle
• Mapping the customer channel and coordinating with the CCD & Master Data team
• Creating a thematic program mechanism together with BMPA and CCD in accordance with the stated
objective strategy

• Create a monthly promo plan and verify the Lexia System
• Responsible for allocating promotional budgets in the DMS system
• Verify invoice claims from accounts for further processing by the TSC team
• Make SKP program and input it on the MT claim system
• Tracking & Report: sales achievement, budget promo usage, program implementation, direct service level
and recapitulation of Trading Term achievement Quarterly
• Prepare data and presentation materials for MBR needs
• Analyze & review the results of sales performance & promotion program and share / discuss to Internal
and External parties
• Provide feedback to the team area for program effectiveness, especially key / big thematic programs


Day to Day Coordination
• Provide directions to RAM, RAS, BAS, and the Sales Admin Area regarding program implementation and
guidance, Lexia ID, and Budgeting Promo needs
• Provide directions to the Lexia Admin regarding making promotions and invoice claims
• Coordinate with the logistic team
• Coordinate with the Customer Finance team regarding budget spending and Promotion Evaluation


Customer Management
• Maintain good relationships and communication with customers
• Create Strong Selling story and conducting negotiation process in order to get Win Win solution to
respective buyers
• Conduct business reviews with key customers and collaborate to achieve common objectives
