As a major player in the world of catering and bakery and pastry, we are looking for our future South West regional Key Account Manager.

FrieslandCampina Professional in France is:

Our people in France are fully working for restaurants and bakeries

A strong presence in all distributor/cash & carry partners and main bakery & restaurant chains.

Reporting to the Distribution Sales Director, the regional key account will be responsible for coordinating its network of distributors (around 60) in line with the FrieslandCampina Professional strategy in order to develop sales and deliver the ambitions of FrieslandCampina Professional France.

  • 5+ years of experience working in sales, managing multiple distributors 
  • Entrepreneurial, creative mindset
  • Commercial acumen & negotiation skills
  • Strong active listening ability
  • Effective networker and relationship builder
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Good level of English & French language knowledge is essential 
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and especially Excel & Powerpoint
  • Working experience with Sales CRM system
  • Valid driving license
  • Permanent location in Bordeaux or Toulouse area

Your main missions are:

  • To negotiate strong and long-term regional partnerships with our distributors in connection with the national partnerships negotiated by national key accounts team
  • To manage regional budget commitments, work on market analysis & prepare accurate forecasts
  • To contribute to active competitive intelligence: price / competition / marketing insights
  • To set-up an active collaboration with the sector manager(s) present in the region: product listings, promotional events and trade marketing
