Key Account Manager, Leyou
The KAM will be responsible to realize FCSH’s opportunity in BDS Key Accounts.. He/She is required to lead and develop customer business plans via deep understanding of customer. He/She must be able to leverage the strategic Friso differentiators to maximize Friso potential.He/She must be able to build strategic relationship with key accounts so that Friso can continuously outperform in the channel/customer.He/She must be able to work flawlessly with Trade MKT&Field Sales team to improve our planning and implementation.
What we ask
- Bachelor Degree
- CET >=6, good in written and oral English
- IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point
- Professional:
- Proven track record in driving aggressive sales results
- Minimum of 3-5 yrs of key account management.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Familiar with in-direct business(distributor model)
- Experience with Baby Store Channel is preferred.
Key responsibilities
To achieve the agreed sales target for selected key customersLead annual plan and contract negotiation and sell-in.Lead to develop business plan and investment plan with NKAM and field team.Develop customer merchandising/promotion guideline and planUnderstanding Customer and Customer relationship Management:Update Profile of business vision, goals and strategy of the customersDevelop and facilitate an effective interface by using cross function connections in order to further strengthen the business relationshipLead regular business review meeting with the customers as well as internal stakeholders.Improve ROI for selected key customers.
