Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Professional team. This role involves finding, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has a deep understanding of the FMCG market, and excels at managing high-profile accounts.

What we ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management/sales development, preferably in the FMCG sector (10+ years).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Vacancy description

1.    Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and understand clients’ business goals and challenges.

2.    Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the internal team.

3.    Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth account management.
  • Communicate clients’ requirements effectively to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

4.    Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance product offerings and address client needs.

5.    Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and forecasts.
  • Monitor key metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability.
