Intern Commercialization

Because we are looking for a Commercialisation Specialist Intern, representing our internal production fresh dairy location Maasdam and our fresh dairy External Manufacturers within Consumer Dairy.
This Internship provides you with the opportunity to learn from the End to End Supply Chain Solutions in the Commercialisation team of the Customer Supply Chain. With Commercialisation we support all Fighting Units to introduce new products/ideas as fast as possible with the highest quality as possible. Our purpose is to manage and implement changes & innovation within Consumer Dairy by being a Supply Chain Expertise Centre and creating a customer oriented Supply Chain Footprint.
The Commercialisation Specialist Intern will contribute to the delivery of customer centric, end-to-end supply chain solutions for new and changing products/concepts, while influencing the go-to-market strategy. He/she will support the Commercialization specialist in being a Supply Chain lead on cross-functional teams (SC, Category, Marketing, R&D and Operations) which is end-to-end responsible for the successful introduction of new products or product transitions. He/she will not only support, but also take responsibility of parts of the activities of the Commercialization specialist.

- Doing its master degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or Marketing
- Capable of communicating & presenting (English, Dutch) on different levels (incl plant managers, marketing manager)
- Familiar with stakeholder management
- Customer-focused
- Able to manage a diverse set of (sub-)projects and activities at once
- Eager to take up a significant responsibility
- Pragmatic and flexible
- Dynamic/energetic
- Available for 38 hours per week (full-time)

Vacancy description
As an intern you will be included in all activities of the commercialization specialist which focus on 3 main area’s:
- Provide E2E Supply Chain Solutions to ensure Supply chain in which (new) products flow as efficiently as possible throughout the Supply Chain to meet customer demands. Thereby, cooperating with R&D, Quality, Supply planning, Production and Procurement to define the right supply chain for the entire product portfolio
- Participating in projects to represent the supply chain by having the complete overview of supply points, products within the portfolio and requirements from various disciplines.
- Manages Product Portfolio to ensure a healthy portfolio. Main enablers here are complexity analyses, developing proposals and driving decisions. This is all done from combined perspective that both includes a commercial and a supply chain lens to enable an optimal outcome which serves our farmers best.
