As Domain Architect Technology, you are best positioned as a hands-on thought leader for your subject area.
This is a new global IT role and vital in driving business value by developing the Enterprise Technology strategy. You will define and drive the implementation of a multi-year transformation road map leading into a future-proof and business enabling technology architecture. This job requires strong cooperation in IT and across thought leaders in our global business functions including supply chain/operations technology. Moreover, you will align with external partners, technology leaders and peers to bring best of their practices and technologies to RFC.

- Master’s degree, more than 12 years of relevant working experience
- Extensive experience in IT architecture and design, particularly in infrastructure, workplace & network operations, cloud, security, OT and preferably IT and enterprise service management
- Good knowledge and broad understanding of infrastructure technology, enterprise architecture, IT/OT convergence, (CPG industry) business market & trends
- Strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, relationship builder
- Strategic / design thinking (vision/concepts/visualization) and storytelling
- Business case creation, implementation and value realization
- Result-oriented, persuasive, assertive and hands-on problem solving
- Be a firm counterpart FrieslandCampina internally and with external vendors
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for IT like TOGAF, SAFe, IT4IT and security, such as NIST / ISO 27001

Vacancy description
Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) delivers global services of IT operations such as service desk, workplace, network, cloud and security, IT for operations technology (OT), IT and business service management, employee collaboration and HR services. In your position you will report to the Director Enterprise Technology Services. You are the owner of the technology strategy, architecture and road map. You have the mandate to make technology decisions on behalf of IT.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, in close alignment with the Enterprise Architecture, the technology domain capability helping to make RFC a leading digital nutrition company
- Design and implement the target state architecture towards business outcomes and value realization
- Develop the technology domain architecture, road map and technology portfolio taking into account business, financial and architecture criteria
- Capture market and environmental trends, drive outside-in perspectives, identify opportunities to differentiate and innovate
- Enable the technology transformation by standardization, simplification and automation to improve business continuity and security
- Realize the benefit of the transformation, such as operational efficiency, actionable data insights, and enhanced customer experience across IT and business functions
- Functionally lead a team of solution architects to instill architectural thinking and knowledge sharing
- Establish (strategic) partner relationships, encourage them to work in an ecosystem towards an integrated architecture, continuous improvements and innovation
- Engage with all layers of the organization to create understanding and support (help non-architects to think like an architect) and steer teams in proper execution
- Communicate with a clear sense of direction and purpose across IT and business functions
