Distributor Manager (Sandakan, Sabah)
To lead, manage and motivate the General Trade and Modern Trade distribution team to activate sales and distribution activities in order to achieve volume targeted and market share growth.
What we ask
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and preferably Chinese dialects
- 2-3 years working experience in FMCG General Trade sales environment and distributor management experience
- Proving records in leading, coaching and motivating a sales force
- Strong business acumen with experience and ability to manage trade investment

Vacancy description
- Develop 12 months joint area / distributor business plan with distributor which is in line with RSM region annual business plan
- Effectively manage and develop area distributor performance
- Lead and coach distributor sales team to attain top of class commercial capabilities in serving General Trade customers
- Lead and coach internal sales team to attain top of class commercial capabilities in serving Modern Trade customers
- Deliver sales targets by channel/category level with effective trade spend planning
