Distributor Manager
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Distributor Manager to oversee the performance and relationships of 30 distributors nationwide. The role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing distributor operations, and building long-term partnerships to ensure the success of our products in the market. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of distribution management, and a proven ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
What we ask
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in distribution management, FMCG, or related industry.
• Proven track record in managing a multi-region distributor network.
• Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Vacancy description
1. Distributor Performance Management:
o Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of all distributors against set targets.
o Develop and implement action plans to address underperformance and support distributors in achieving their goals.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
2. Relationship Building:
o Serve as the main point of contact for all distributor partners across the country.
o Foster strong relationships through regular communication, on-site visits, and collaborative planning.
o Act as a mediator to address and resolve issues, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
3. Sales and Operations Strategy:
o Work with distributors to develop sales strategies that align with company goals.
o Provide training, resources, and support to optimize distributor operations and market execution.
o Collaborate with internal teams to align distribution plans with broader marketing and sales objectives.
4. Market Development:
o Identify opportunities to expand market share and drive penetration in untapped regions.
o Develop promotional campaigns and trade programs in partnership with distributors.
o Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure distributors adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.
o Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
o Maintain accurate records of distributor agreements, sales metrics, and other critical data.
