Digital Marketing Manager

  • Develop full-funnel digital marketing activity and KPIs to measure business goals success
  • Increase acquisition and penetration across funnels by utilizing all digital touchpoints available
  • Develop partnership framework for delivering brand awareness, acquisition, and purchase
  • Assist brand manager in building comprehensive strategy in digital media upper-funnel planning, execution, and optimization
  • Drive innovation on digital marketing and CRM technology to make end-to-end consumer experience more effective and efficient together with CRM and brand team
  • Develop and execute media and marketing technology to ensure acquisition and 2nd purchase
  • Develop best practice across digital marketing funnel base on business cases and cascade it to larger target audience
Digital Marketing Manager

What we ask

  • Bachelor degree (S1) or above
  • Minimum 8 years experience in digital/social media management in agency or company
  • Leadership skill & able to upskill internal team on how to grow consumer brands online
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Excellent communicative skills, empathy and adaptability, both verbal and written
  • Independent, autonomous
  • Excellent command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strategic and innovative thinker and business-oriented mindset

  • Having developed and executed consumer related strategies, campaigns and analysis.
  • Sensitive to organizational needs and maturity level (pragmatic and effective)
  • Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
  • Financial skills and ability to estimate accurately
  • Structured problem solving, good analytical skills

Full-Funnel Digital Media Strategy

  • Design, develop, and execute full-funnel digital media strategy from upper to lower funnel by considering all digital touchpoints available
  • Align with brand team to ensure optimize upper-funnel media to increase brand awareness and functional & emotional benefit
  • Align and translate brand’s umbrella communication to digital media creatives and ensure best practices are in place and being followed for each placements
  • Plan and execute performance media to drive PDP-PV to e-commerce platform and optimize conversion with e-commerce team
  • Driving data-driven input to brand team on digital campaigns and activity and take necessary action to optimize it

 

Thought Leader on Digital Media Within Organization

  • Create best practice and key believes on digital media based on continuous test and learning across digital media touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent and continuous test and learn across media touchpoints
  • Produce Key Media Believes for digital media as part of holistic media placements
  • Develop measurement framework to media effectiveness, efficiency, and impact to business
  • Analyzing cost and benefit analysis for media investment spending

 

Agency/3rd Party Management

  • Maintain and monitor budget utilization and optimization for digital media and digital agency partners
  • Manage brief, communication and alignment between internal party and agencies to deliver best in class digital marketing activities
  • Set up, manage, and monitor agreeable KPIs across agencies and 3rd party partners
  • Ensure proper pitching process, JBP, and contracts are in place for all 3rd party who have partnership with brand and/or company
