- A degree or its equivalent in Markteting or other related courses
- Minumim of 7 years FMCG experience with demonstrated record of achievement, experience with integrated communication management level or at extended experience in media agency servicing company.
- Strategic Communication: Internal and external
- Marketing Communication Processes.
- Knowledge of latest media developments, online and offline
- Knowledge of key digital media toolings
- Understanding of Media Developments

Vacancy description
Responsibilities:
- Best practices with the aim to improve digital media effectiveness in the most efficient manner.
- Helps define an integrated media strategy and overall activation solutions along the different point of contacts for both owned, earned and paid media.
- Drive execution excellence in digital media planning, buying and optimization for online touch points.
- Management of external suppliers who plan, purchase/negotiate digital media space and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Developing effectiveness insights: Develop and drive (cross) media effectiveness learning program.
- Responsible for managing the relationship and extracting maximum value of external media agencies assigned to plan and purchase of media space, the negotiation of rates, management of media buying efficiency, and the analysis of media effectiveness
- Responsible for evaluation of the media strategy and solutions: Drives media learning agenda on FU level and effectiveness of the media investments through facilitating measurement of right KPI’s, testing and managing the analysis of generated data into media key beliefs.
- Brand website management, security and privacy support.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Oversee agency to provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Co-ordinate with Brand, Media, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
