B2B Content Marketing Manager, Active Nutrition (Biotis™ Brand)
Within FrieslandCampina Ingredients we are looking for a Strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This is a new role, as part of the focused approach of FrieslandCampina to nutrition throughout adulthood, with focus on our newly launched B2B brand, Biotis™.
Your contribution is critical to development of market leadership in Health Benefit Solutions that we are launching to support nutrition throughout adulthood. We work in close collaboration with our B2B customers (Brand Owners) to deliver innovative and effective health benefits such as gut health, immunity and sleep. With a B2C angle in mind we aim to increase awareness of our solutions in the market for health conscious consumers (B2B2C mindset), especially around the role of unique dairy ingredients.
You will report to the Global Marketing Director Performance, Active & Medical Nutrition, with daily work coordinated and executed in close collaboration with the members of the segment marketing team. You also engage closely with the sales, development, marketing communications, regional sales offices, finance and research teams.
What we ask
To be successful in this position, you are/have:
BA/BS/master level degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
Excellent English, as all content should be developed in English for global delivery
4-6 years experience creating B2B content for the web and growing a social audience
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what B2B audiences consume and how to create it
You must be an excellent technical writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way
Ability to analyse and present content and social media performance
Experience with Google analytics, and the top social channels including LinkedIn
You must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
Result oriented, creative with excellent problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
Excellent inter-personal communication skills
Able to work in matrix and network organisation with multi-disciplinary approach.
Entrepreneur, willing to take ownership, pro-active, driving initiatives forwards

In this position, you are responsible for:
Accountable for all B2B content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. Digital focus.
Collaboration across key functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives for the brand
Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so that content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
Editorial calendar and organisation workflows must be developed and managed.
Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution in partnership with the Digital marketing manager.
Measurement and optimisation of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
Management of creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel, together with marketing communications
Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand
Development of Executive presentations on the program approaches and results
