Content & Community Specialist ( Temporary)

  • 6 months contract basis
  • Develop full-funnel community management strategy from brand awareness to advocacy
  • Develop partnership framework for delivering brand awareness, acquisition, and purchase with relevant communities across categories
  • Develop brand-community ecosystem and translate it to executable plan and ensure flawless implementation
  • Assist brand manager in building comprehensive strategy in community management and engagement
  • Partner with relevant agencies and platforms to get best practice on engaging with communities and content
  • Be thought leader in creating best-in class content across platforms
  • Arranging workload of in-house designers and ensure the job quality fits with best practice
  • Develop best practice in building brands through community and content
  • Ensure solid measurement in place to quantify results of community partnership and creative quality
Content & Community Specialist ( Temporary)

What we ask

Knowledge:

  • Have design experience and basic knowledge
  • Understand digital platforms, including difference on its roles
  • Understand consumer journey and best practice on content communication on digital
  • Experience on managing community, creating program, and execute community program and communication on the right channel
  • Understand and experience in using and utilizing digital marketing tools i.e. Google Analytics, Sonar, Social Bakers, Similarweb, Salesforce, etc

Skills:

  • Leadership skill & able to upskill internal team on how to grow consumer brands online
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Excellent communicative skills, empathy and adaptability, both verbal and written
  • Independent, autonomous
  • Excellent command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strategic and innovative thinker and business-oriented mindset
  • Having developed and executed consumer related strategies, campaigns and analysis

Vacancy description

Community Management

  • Create ecosystem of community that can bring impact to FFI business across CD and SN
  • Create program and communication strategy for relevant and potential community across FFI categories, include but not limited to parents community, chef/small business owners community, and young-adults community
  • Execute and optimize community strategy to drive brand love towards FFI products across categories, ensuring FFI products as Brand of First Choice (BOFC) for members on community
  • Monitor conversation across FFI brands and categories using Sonar, create relevant insights from the tools, and ensure these insights to be included in the community strategy

Content Management

  • Create long-term partnership in terms of content strategy and creation with community, publishers and e-commerce platforms
  • Create content partnership ecosystem with all relevant partners for all FFI brands across category
  • Create content strategy and ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor content performance across all platforms and ensure continuous optimization to get best results against industry benchmark
  • Measure and create best practice for content across platforms

Agency/Community/3rd Party Management

  • Maintain and monitor budget utilization and optimization for digital media and digital agency partners
  • Manage brief, communication and alignment between internal party and agencies to deliver best in class digital marketing activities
  • Set up, manage, and monitor agreeable KPIs across agencies and 3rd party partners
  • Ensure proper pitching process, JBP, and contracts are in place for all 3rd party

This position reports to Head of Digital Marketing & CRM at Frisian Flag Indonesia under Digital Transformation Division.
