Communications & Change Specialist

The role-owner is having a Specialist role with respect to change management and communication across the whole Enterprise Data & Authorizations Competence Centre domain. As part of this role, the role-owner will also participate in key strategic projects delivering value for FrieslandCampina as a whole.

Provide and ensure E2E business relevant data & insights on a daily basis. This business role requires a good understanding of cross-functional business processes, their relationships and how data impacts them.Prepare, support, execute the portfolio of change/communications projects in order to deliver the projects pipeline according to objectives and deliverables, realizing sustainable business value.

  • HBO+ work/think level
  • Solid knowledge of Enterprise Application Systems (ERP) e.g. SAP or Oracle

  1. Where needed, run employee involvement training workshops with managers and departmental heads
  2. Build and maintain excellent working relationships
  3. Train and share knowledge with other teams to enable them to develop business transformation capabilities and understand the impact of master data on business processes and operations. Direct, motivate, train and appraise
  4. Facilitate process improvement skills training programs through various methods including on-the-job, formal and informal classroom, cross-training and orientation programs


  1. Within the project scope, initiate improvements or updates based on relevant business requirements.
  2. Within the project scope, translate data quality reports into business strategy impact metrics
  3. On periodic basis, report the quality of the master data towards business stakeholders and identify initiatives driving towards a high level of data availability and consistency


  1. Facilitate easy information sharing and knowledge management across the business with respect to the E2E master data standards, processes and organisation
  2. Provide change management capabilities to ensure achievement of targeted performance levels

The Enterprise Data & Authorizations Competence Center is a Shared Service with 4 main hubs across the globe (Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary and Malaysia). The role is based out of Amersfoort, The Netherlands and is reporting to the Program Manager Data Projects. In this team you'll be working daily with 6 enthousiastic colleagues as part of the wider ED&ACC team.
