Short description

  • Support Customer finance head/customer finance manager as one of the key finance partners to Sales department in Friso Business
  • Closely work with key counterparts in sales department, especially the NKA & EC sales directors and commercial head to support business planning, spending forecast and expenses control processes in assigned areas.
  • Support NKA & EC sales directors on channel contribution analysis and identify the opportunities to improve.
  • Provide ROI analysis and net revenue movement analysis ,work together with key stake-holders to improve the profitability.
  • Closely work with sales department on trade spend rolling forecast and provide insights and drive actions for the key variances identified during the monthly review.
  • As a key gatekeeper to review the Expenditure Proposal (EP) from sales department and make sure the activities have been properly planned, executed and reviewed.
  • Identify opportunities and proactively initiate changes to improve the current working process.
  • Other commercial finance related projects.
  • Prepare routine review decks and reports
Short description

What we ask

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting, and Professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • 3+ years of financial planning and/or analysis experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be familiar with financial systems, including SAP, Hyperion, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated business partnering, consulting and negotiation skills.
  • Proactively initiate and lead changes
