Channel Manager Coffee & Tea Asia
We are looking for a resourceful manager in this newly created role to help drive Coffee & Tea B2B growth in the region. You will help drive profit in the B2B customer channels and be the go to partner (in dairy and plant-based value-added ingredients) for our customers. Working in close collaboration with customers you will help customers to win in their markets.
Working in a dynamic and passionated market with a strong marketing community and tight connections with your commercial colleagues, you will be leading a team with a communication specialist, a barrista and a channel manager.
What we ask

- Proven experience in marketing management within B2B and international channel marketing management
- Knowledge of the B2B and Foodservice market
- Be customer focussed: great curiosity for customer (operator) insights and thinking outside in

Vacancy description
Grow C&T and QSR KA penetration in Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and China by adopting trends and developing & executing the application innovation and relevant portfolio across these geographies. It involves content as well as capability building.
Identifying trends in fast developing Coffee and Tea applications:
- Stay up-to-date of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging consumer preferences in Coffee and Tea applications to initiate and propose new initiatives in line with Our Purpose Our Plan.
Develop Application Innovation:
- Lead the development of innovative applications for Coffee and Tea products. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to bring new concepts to market.
Determining relevant portfolio (incl. hero-focused assortment, innovation & renovation initiatives):
- Determine and optimize the relevant product portfolio (incl. hero-focused assortment, innovation & renovation initiatives) and initiate product innovation and renovation to stay ahead in the market.
Marketing communication:
- Provide input for drumbeat to drive mental availability calendar (eg. launches, brand initiatives, applications). Deliver the key value proposition concepts for campaign development (customer journey-based). And creating visibility in the market through seminars, exhibitions, effective market communication using efficient (incl. digital/social media) tools.
Team development and capability building:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and stay in touch with industry best practices.
