Lead Specific Channel and Category Development to drive profitable sales and sustainable growth for Respective Channel through driving excellent in stores execution, investment,  promotion and activation.

Job Description :

  • Develop Channel & Customer strategies and business plan for each channel including lead and explore opportunities for future channel development
  • Lead promotional plan by channel and by customers including Loyalty Scheme & manage all trade activities traffic within  channel across categories
  • Contribute to Route To Market strategy Development in the respective channel
  • Manage NPD allocation by channel, region, distributor Inc. Distribution target setting & Sales talk including selling story
  • Review and Evaluate trade activities related to the process, planning, and execution of respective Channel Strategy
  • Conduct Pre& Post Evaluation for Key Activities in respective channel
  • Evaluate and monitoring Trade Spend & CCS Guidelines to reach more profitable activities
  • POP Vision strategies and standards for the respective channel i.e. Planogram and Category Management
  • Lead development of category in respective channel
  • Assist on target setting goal to align company’s goal with Customers JBP Process

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Experience 5 years in Sales 
  • Gather information from local consumer/shopper in respective regions
  • Sharp data analysis and data driven person

  • Budget and trend forecasting

  • Able to work with deadline and target

  • Depth understanding of Indonesia Market, competition, culture and area.

  • Good leadership skill (Coaching, Mentoring, Motivate other, Setting goal, influence and drive for results)

  • Strong negotiations skills to resolve issues/conflicts in a “win-win” manner

  • Have strong customer focus and ability to build credible relationships internally and externally at all levels

  • Agile, high drive and flawless execution oriented

  • Good command in English both written and verbal

  • Review and Evaluate trade activities related to the process, planning, and execution of respective Channel Strategy

Information for internal candidate :

  • This position for Hay 16
  • To apply this position, your current grade minimum at Hay 15 and have experience at least 5 years in Sales (Include min. 1 year in General Trade)
  • Your performance results in the last 2 years (Min. Meet Expectation)
