Account Manager eCommerce
At FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands, part of the business group FrieslandCampina Europe in Amersfoort, we are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial eCommerce manager.
Together with Dutch eTailers we are leading the growing online food business. The significant dairy share of the online basket obligates FrieslandCampina to keep on innovating and stay ahead of competition. And as the eCommerce share already is a significant part of our business, winning in eCommerce is key for winning in the market!
What we ask
- MSc degree, preferably in Business Management or Marketing Management
- 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally within in FMCG and/or eCommerce at a manufacturer or retailer
- Fluent in Dutch
- Knowledge of the Dutch food retail market and its key players is a pre
- A strong interest in developing a career in eCommerce
- Commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive team player with a results-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Salary between €4,350 and €5,900 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 4% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
- Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

Vacancy description
As an eCommerce manager at FrieslandCampina, your key accountabilities and responsibilities are:
- Develop & Manage eCommerce partnerships within bricks & clicks (AH, Jumbo, Plus)
- Define and roll out of customer specific strategies (f.e. assortment, promotions, activations, pilots)
- Advice and lead Online Retail Media (Sponsored products/display) in collaboration with Retail Media Services at Etailers and brand teams within FrieslandCampina
- Allocate and manage eCommerce customers budgets
- Review and continuously optimize business performance on key eCommerce KPI’s
- Connect and align with the offline sales teams, at customer and within FrieslandCampina
