Dutch Speaking HR Specialist

What we ask

  • 0-2 years of experience in 1st line customer service management (preferably in HR) or affinity to learn
  • Ability to work with data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Work well in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience with systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow are a plus

Vacancy description

  • Processing service requests on for example, hours and declarations, workforce administration, contracting, onboarding, learning administration, total rewards
  • Connecting data from various HR systems
  • Handling complex changes with standard deviations, processing them in the HR and time registration systems 
  • Informing the employee regarding the question asked
  • Processing changes and corrections retroactively 
  • Checking for consistency between the different HR systems
  • Having knowledge on data privacy and compliance
  • Continuously standardizing processes in order to transfer them from Tier 1 to Tier 0
  • Being responsible for clarifying the customer's needs and context (understanding the question behind the question), for both national and international colleagues
  • Knowing where the knowledge can be found within the knowledge management systems, or know in which department the question can be answered correctly
