HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) shall be responsible for managing and executing HR programs for a hydrolysate manufacturing site located in Delhi, New York, USA.
As a key stakeholder in the company’s success, the HRBP will partner closely with management, provide coaching and play an instrumental role in executing initiatives that support the vision and strategy of the company.

Additional requirements include 5-7 years of experience managing and executing HR Talent Management programs and coaching team members with success in a manufacturing setting, a Bachelor Degree in HR or related field, exceptional English communication skills (written/verbal), keen attention to detail and accuracy, possess sound judgement and proclivity for root cause analysis along with the ability to connect with all levels of employee and create a welcoming experience and winning mind-set.

Day to day responsibilities shall entail end to end support of union and non-union employees, which includes but not limited to talent acquisition, assessments, on & off-boarding, talent management, CBA execution, management of grievances, administration and reconciliation of union services, maintains systems and dashboards, field general employee questions, share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company.
