Can you implement and lead change programs to optimize the performance of our plants Beilen & Zwolle? FrieslandCampina is looking for an energetic, result driven Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist. With our Operational Excellence program you will help us win in the market by making sure our Friso Infant Nutrition Supply Chain will deliver better safety, quality, service and cost year on year. Leading step-change projects is both exciting and challenging, because it requires us to do new things and turn those choices into determined actions.
Our factory in Beilen is traditionally known as the "Domo". Every day we work together to produce the highest quality infant formula and infant food ingredients. Our goal is to ensure that all babies around the world can grow up healthy. We do this together with more than 600 employees. This makes the Beilen factory one of FrieslandCampina's largest production sites.
Was wir erwarten
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the industry, such as Food, Chemical, Consumer Goods or Pharma;
- Of which >3-5 years of Continuous Improvement experience;
- A successful track record delivering results in terms of business or projects;
- Proven knowledge and experience with working with one or more methodologies like: Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, TPM / WCOM;
- Knowledge of target setting and follow up processes and experience in coaching first-line leaders in Performance Control Management;
- Relevant and demonstrated experience and success in C.I., change management and project management, preferably gained in an international business environment;
- Knowledge of tools and systems like production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis and cost savings reporting;
- Knowledge of trends and developments in both the C.I. and the Change Management field;
- Influencing skills without hierarchical power;
- Proven track record of working in complex organizations and shown to able to create relationships and achieve success via collaboration rather than hierarchy;
- Experience and affinity with coaching and supporting (junior) colleagues;
- Languages: Dutch & English.

Stellenbeschreibung
As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for driving Performance Excellence in our Supply Chain organization. You will define, prepare, lead and execute operational excellence projects/workstreams and work every day to improve our processes. You will actively build networks both within our local supply chain as well as the global RFC organization to further develop and deploy the “Way of Working” within RFC. You are comfortable with a limited level of tangibility of the output. In fact output in terms of effective results are (and should be) realized in terms of business performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing improvement programs that sustainably improve site performance and capabilities and align with long-term strategy (For example the "Our Way of Working" project);
- Leading multifunctional improvement teams to implement change using structured methodologies;
- Manage relevant stakeholders effectively and provide correct management information regarding results and capabilities on time, so that buy-in for decisions during project/workstream is created, reciprocal expectations are well managed and access to the network of stakeholders is good.
- Analyze and interpret data to improve our processes and provide support for implementation;
- Lead and/or facilitate (complex) root cause analysis in line with problem solving methodologies;
- Support, coach and train colleagues across the organization to implement improvement initiatives at shop floor level;
- Manage the progress and results of improvement projects. Identify deviations and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders so that timely adjustments can be made.
