This 3-year traineeship is designed to develop future leaders at FrieslandCampina by combining structured learning, on-the-job experience, and personal development. Join our regional commerce track or a global function in:

What can you expect?

  • Learning on the job by fulfilling two challenging jobs of 18 months. In these roles you will be able to make actual impact, have global exposure and work on strategic priorities.

As a Global Trainee you fit the following criteria:

  • Education: minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in relevant discipline you are applying for
  • Working experience: No prior work experience is necessary! We are specifically looking for fresh graduates
  • Language: Fluent in English for all disciplines
  • Visa requirements: Open to all backgrounds and nationalities
