Being the Procurement Excellent Manager, you will co-create and execute the strategic excellence roadmap, with a focus on upscaling people, system and tooling capabilities within the global procurement organization.
You will be the one to drive continuous improvement projects in the fields of process optimization, ways of working, IT procurement tooling, Supplier Relationship Management, Integrated Category Management, training and digital procurement.
You bring in a strong outside-in view on benchmark ways of working in procurement. You play the role as a "product owner" to lead cross-functional project teams from design to delivery.
Wat we vragen
Your qualifications and functional skillsets
- A professional with University degree, > 5 years experience within procurement or supply chain with:
- Continuous improvement drive;
- Results focus with the capability to be pragmatic in execution of projects and conceptual thinking;
- Effective and engaging communication style;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills/data savvy/IT affinity;
- Understanding the business perspective/commercial acumen;
- Project management skills, leadership ability of planning, managing and delivering complex projects at a cross-functional and global level ;
- Stakeholder management skills;
- Proficiency in English required, Dutch beneficial.

You take an end to end perspective on driving the cross functional projects, you will work in close cooperation with broad stakeholder scope from outside of procurement such as IT, Finance, Enterprise Data, supply chain, as well as with category & business procurement, Data & Analytics, Source to Contract teams and Procurement Shared Service Center.
