Project Manager Supply Chain
In this role you are responsible for the design and implementation of state-of-the-art and worldwide solutions for strategic logistics (Performance+) projects such as transport/distribution optimization, process and methods analysis, cost containment, routing and shipment optimization, information management and capacity enhancement. We are constantly evaluating the set-up of our logistics distribution network and warehousing landscape and see it as a key competitive advantage to be leading in our logistics cost structure and service to customers.
Ce que nous demandons
- HBO / WO with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience specifically in the field of SC operations and logistics
- Good project management and co-operation skills with several levels in the operation
- Good communication and influencing skills in both English and Dutch
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking skills
- Capable to build a true relation of trust with both commercial and supply chain partners
- Drive continuous improvement culture and mindset
- Experience with Cost to Serve (preferred)
- Self-starter
- Proven project and stakeholder management experience

The Project Manager Cost to Serve contributes to FrieslandCampina’s success by developing the future network for FC-P logistics. The projects will be executed in close cooperation with the CSC Logistics, Commercialization, Customer care & SC Excellence team.
Accountabilities
- Route to Market & Performance+: initiates and leads projects.
- Analyses, roll out reporting tool and continuously drives improvements to reduce our costs to serve.
- Ensures periodical project management reporting, quantitative and qualitative, according to defined formats and project management guidelines (e.g. maintaining Principal Toolbox).
- Keeps up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimizes the implementation of and support for these at FrieslandCampina Professional.
- Functionally leads, coaches, develops members of the own project team, and gives input for appraisal.
