We, team Capability Talent Acquisition FrieslandCampina Netherlands, are looking for a colleague as Talent Acquisition Partner. Within the Corporate Talent Acquisition team we work with 20+ colleagues on our purpose 'Nourishing by Nature' and of course hire great talent. In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of all operational positions within your domain (CLA roles), ensuring a great candidate experience as a single point of contact, while dedicating 50% of your time to sourcing by building LinkedIn pipelines and mastering Indeed.
This position primarily focuses on our Supply Chain departments in Mid Netherlands (ranging from Veghel, Leerdam to Borculo) and occasionally extends to other parts of the Netherlands (plants). You are in frequent contact with Dutch-speaking colleagues at the production location. Fluent command of the Dutch language is therefore necessary.
What we ask
- Bachelor, preferably HR, Business Administration or Organizational Psychology;
- At least 1 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Consultant or 'Intercedent' at a temp agency;
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proven track record in using social media and flexible in adapting it to optimize sourcing strategies;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Data driven talent approach
- Result-oriented and enterprising;
- Preferred resident of Mid Netherlands with a valid driver’s license and a car.

- Salary between €3,200 and €4,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
- Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

As a Corporate Recruiter you play an essential role in stimulating the growth of FrieslandCampina with exceptional talent. In this role you work directly and proactively with FrieslandCampina's hiring managers and HR Business Partners on vacancies and talent projects within your working field. You implement talent strategies to develop a qualified and diverse candidate pool that fits the needs of FrieslandCampina. You are responsible for searching, interviewing, evaluating and ultimately hiring candidates. The focus is on finding the right internal and/or external candidates as well as on efficiently leading the selection and recruitment process.
This position requires a good balance between creativity and drive, along with interpersonal knowledge and advanced analytics. You have a proven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, as well as the ability to oversee multiple functions and tasks and manage your own time efficiently.
